These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GoPolar and provide information about the GoPolar service, outlined below. When you create a GoPolar account or use GoPolar, you agree to these terms.

Service Provider
GoPolar is built by The Wellness Company, Inc, located at 183 Dovercourt Rd. Toronto, ON, Canada.

Using GoPolar‍
A. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use GoPolar. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 13 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from GoPolar; and (c) your registration and your use of GoPolar is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

B. GoPolar Accounts: Your account on GoPolar gives you access to the services and functionality we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. You may never use another user's account without permission.

C. User Content: You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through GoPolar. However, by submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through GoPolar, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of GoPolar in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access GoPolar in a manner that sends more request messages to the GoPolar servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser; (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; etc.

Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GoGrateful, Inc and its licensors. GoPolar, the GoPolar logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with GoPolar or our services are trademarks or registered trademarks of GoGrateful, Inc or GoGrateful, Inc’s licensors.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
