How do I join the Othership PlayItCool challenge on GoPolar?

Download GoPolar, you will automatically be added to the Othership group! Be sure to use this link to join the group.

Why aren't my points appearing?

Sometimes there is a connectivity lag, please allow a few minutes for points to be reflected in the leaderboard.

Also, you can try force quitting the app and re-opening.

How do I win prizes?

If you share a tracked cold plunge via GoPolar on Instagram and tag us @gopolarapp & @othership, you will be entered.

How do I get on the leaderboard?

1. Download GoPolar using this link (iOS only)

‍2. Create a free account

3. Use your apple watch, garmin, or manually add on the iOS app, to track a sauna or cold plunge

If you don't have an Apple Watch or Garmin watch, you can still enter a manual cold plunge activity on the IOS app, and you will still be entered into the weekly prizes.

Do I need an Apple Watch to use the app?

No, you can use the iPhone app to manually track an activity. When you log into the app, you can tap the "+" button and enter your activity. You will still get points on the leaderboard.

Is there a Garmin app?

Yes, we've just finishing building v1 of the garmin app which connects to GoPolar.

Search "GoPolar" in the garmin connect store to download the app.

Then on the GoPolar iOS app, go to your settings to pair the watch.
